General terms and conditions 

The invoiced minimum cost hourly rate of 1465,- NOK (converted to local currency) + any travel costs for service during the warranty/complaint period is hereby accepted if the following conditions are revealed:

• No errors found
• The fault is caused by incorrect/illegal installation, improper handling, carelessness or lack of maintenance and cleaning
• The product has been used for something other than what it was designed for
• The product has been previously repaired with non-original parts
• Outside the warranty/complaint period set by national laws

Regarding pictures of the installation and invoice

A copy of the invoice and photos of the installation can be sent in. This way we can get back to you faster. You can easily upload pdf or images by:

• Scan an invoice on your PC before uploading it to this form.
• Take a photo of the invoice with your mobile phone and send it in an email to yourself before uploading it to this form.
  
• If you want to upload multiple documents/images, they must be in the same folder and you select multiple files by holding down CTRL (Windows) or CMD (Mac).

If necessary, you can enter the invoice number in the field for "description of error" in addition to the description of the error.
